Graphink prints and decorates apparel in Miami, in house, using three production methods under one roof: screen printing, direct to film (DTF), and embroidery. Design, proofing and production all happen at our Doral shop, the same as our signage and wide format work.
Screen printing
Ink is pushed through a mesh screen, one screen per color in the design. The setup cost sits with the screens rather than the garment, so the price per piece drops as the run gets larger, and the finished print is hard wearing. Best for staff shirts, team apparel, event giveaways and bulk orders built from a few flat colors. We use inks chosen to hold up to repeated washing.
DTF, or direct to film
Your artwork is printed onto a film, coated with an adhesive powder, cured, then heat pressed onto the garment. There are no screens to set up, so full color artwork costs no more than a single color design and short runs stay affordable. DTF bonds to cotton, polyester and blends, and prints as cleanly on dark garments as on light ones.
Reach for DTF when the artwork is photographic, carries many colors or gradients, or when you need a handful of pieces rather than a bulk run.
Embroidery
Stitched rather than printed, which gives a raised, textured finish that will not crack or fade. We have decorated polos, caps and uniforms in house. Embroidery suits structured garments, and anywhere a logo should read as more formal than a print.
Which method fits your job
- Large run, simple artwork, lowest cost per piece: screen printing.
- Full color or photographic artwork, or a short run: DTF.
- Polos, caps, uniforms, or a premium finish: embroidery.
Send the artwork and the quantity and we will tell you which method fits. If a job suits a method you had not considered, we will say so rather than force it through the wrong process.
What we decorate
T-shirts, polos, hoodies, caps, uniforms and workwear for businesses, teams, schools and events across Miami-Dade, including Doral, Coral Gables and Kendall. We handle single test prints as readily as bulk orders for a whole organization.
Apparel is usually one part of a wider brand rollout. If your logo is also going on vehicles or a storefront, we produce vehicle wraps and graphics and storefront signage in the same building.
