Most landscaping companies market themselves by accident. The crew does excellent work on a property, the neighbors watch it happen, and then the truck drives away with nothing on the door. The job sold nobody. When Marciano Landscaping came to Graphink Printing and Promotions, that was exactly the problem we set out to fix — not with one product, but with a complete branded rollout across every surface their customers actually see.
The Client
Marciano Landscaping serves residential and commercial clients across South Florida, specializing in tree trimming, stump removal, bobcat services, canal cleaning, and full commercial landscaping programs. Skilled crew, serious equipment, established reputation among the people who had already hired them — and almost no visibility to anyone who had not.
The trucks were plain. The business cards were the generic kiosk kind with a clip-art tree. There were no job-site signs and nothing to leave with a neighbor. As the owner put it, the job itself was marketing them zero.
What Graphink Produced
We handled the complete visual identity in-house — design, print, and installation — so every piece matched rather than being sourced from four different vendors over two years.
Vehicle graphics for the fleet
Bold vehicle lettering and graphics carrying the Marciano Landscaping name, logo, phone number, and service area, applied to both sides and the rear of the company trucks. For a service business whose vehicles sit parked in a driveway for hours at a time, the rear panel does as much work as the sides — it is what the car behind you reads at every light. For larger fleets we also produce full commercial wraps.
Corrugated yard signs
Placed at every active job site, turning each completed property into a passive lead generator for the surrounding street. This is the highest-leverage print item most landscapers never buy: the sign is standing in front of visible proof of the work while the neighbors form an opinion about it. See our custom yard signs page for sizes, materials, and options.
Door hangers
Printed for targeted neighborhood drops immediately after finishing a job — a proven tactic for converting the neighbors who just spent an afternoon watching your crew transform a property two doors down. Same design language as the truck, so the piece in their hand connects to the vehicle they already saw.
Business cards and estimate folders
Business cards and presentation and estimate folders for client meetings. Handing a homeowner or a property manager a printed estimate inside a branded folder closes a consultation very differently than handing them a loose sheet of paper.
The website
Graphink also built and launched marcianolandscaping.com, with dedicated pages for each service line — tree trimming, bobcat services, stump removal, canal cleaning, and commercial landscaping — so the brand people met on the road had somewhere to land when they searched the name later.
The Design Direction
We worked with the owner on a palette of earthy greens and deep blacks with clean, readable typography — a look that reads established and trustworthy rather than generic. The restraint was deliberate. Landscaping branding drifts toward clip-art foliage and six competing greens; the result is a truck nobody can read at 40 mph.
The same palette, logo treatment, and type carried across every piece, so the truck, the yard sign, the door hanger, the folder, and the website all reinforced one another instead of looking like five separate companies.
What Changed
Marciano Landscaping has written up the results in their own words — including new customers citing the truck or a yard sign as how they found the company, and yard signs generating same-street calls the morning after a job. You can read their account of the rollout here.
The pattern behind it is not unique to landscaping. Any business whose vehicles spend the day inside its own service area is already generating impressions; the only question is whether those impressions carry a phone number.
The Same Rollout for Your Business
Graphink is a full-service print and graphics company in Doral, serving Miami-Dade and Broward. We handle the whole package in-house — design, large-format printing, and certified installation — which is what keeps a fleet of vehicles, a stack of signs, and a print run looking like one brand.
Beyond what Marciano needed, we also produce storefront signage, custom apparel and crew shirts, postcards and flyers, promotional items, and printed tents and event displays — useful if your crews work trade shows, home shows, or community events.
Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need a full wrap, or is lettering enough?
For most service businesses, professionally designed lettering and graphics deliver the majority of the benefit at a fraction of full-wrap cost. What matters is legibility — company name, one service line, and a phone number readable in about three seconds. We will tell you honestly when a partial approach gets you the same result.
Can you brand a whole fleet consistently?
Yes. We keep the design consistent across different makes and body styles, so a pickup, a dump truck, and a trailer still read as the same company. Work can be staged so vehicles come off the road in batches.
Do you handle print and signage as well as vehicles?
Yes — that is the point of working with us. Vehicle graphics, yard signs, door hangers, business cards, folders, apparel, and signage all come out of the same shop, matched to the same brand standards.
Do you build websites too?
We do. Marciano Landscaping’s site was designed and built by Graphink alongside their print and vehicle branding, which is the ideal sequence — the site launches carrying the same identity people are already seeing on the road.
