Neon Glass tubes are beautiful works of art, always to be admired but there are some things you need to be aware of. This is specially for event planners and coordinators of a one day event. Neon is very sensitive to the environmental situations and can easily be cracked or transformer can fail. When you have a day of event this maybe a catastrophic situation because the neon failure. We can repair the situation but would many times not be the day of your event. Neons are paid when finished and receipt of payment before it is delivered. Graphink is not responsible for any cracks at the point of installation those repairs will be covered by customer. The installation is a separate transaction and is billed separately. Given enough time we can do almost anything. If customer uses third party to install neon, Graphink is not liable for any failure and is not responsible for any repairs. We will gladly help you but we cannot control what a third party does. We have been installing neons for close to 23 years and know what to expect and have seen 1000's of ways of cracking neon's. We will bend over backwards to make everything a success.
