Digital or Press: Which One You Get
This is the part that changes your price, so it is worth understanding.
For short runs we print digitally. There is no setup cost, so a single poster is genuinely affordable. If you need one, you can have one.
For 100 or more, the press makes more sense. Setup is spread across the run, so the cost per poster drops sharply. We still run actual printing presses, which is increasingly rare.
You do not need to choose. Tell us the quantity and we will quote the method that costs you less.
Paper, and When to Use Something Tougher
Most posters print on gloss or matte poster stock. Gloss lifts colour and photography. Matte kills glare, which matters under retail spotlights.
Indoors, paper is fine for months. Outdoors in Miami, it is not. Sun and humidity will take paper apart quickly, so anything living outside should print on vinyl instead. We will tell you which one your job needs before you pay for the wrong thing.
Getting Your File Right
Most poster problems are file problems, and they are easy to avoid.
Work at the final size. A logo pulled off a website looks fine on screen and falls apart at 24 inches wide. Send us a PDF with fonts outlined where you can.
If you do not have print-ready artwork, our designers can build it. That is normal, and it is usually faster than fixing a file that was never meant for print.

Yes. Our digital equipment has no setup cost, so single copies are practical. Many customers order one, check it, then order the rest.
How fast can I get posters?
Turnaround depends on size, quantity and finishing. Small digital runs move quickly. Tell us your deadline when you ask for a quote and we will confirm what is realistic.
Can posters go outside?
Not on paper, not in this climate. For outdoor use we print on vinyl, which handles sun and rain far better. Ask us and we will spec it properly.
Do you design posters as well as print them?
Yes. We have designers in-house, so artwork and printing happen in the same building. Bring a rough idea or a finished file.
