Brochure and Booklet Printing in Miami

A brochure still does a job a website cannot. It stays on a desk, gets passed across a counter, and works without anyone searching for you first.

We print brochures and booklets in-house in Doral. Short runs and long runs both work here, on digital and traditional presses.

Choosing a Fold

The fold decides how the story unfolds, quite literally. Four cover almost everything:

  • Tri-fold — the classic rack brochure. Six panels, fits a #10 envelope.
  • Bi-fold — four larger panels, better for photography
  • Z-fold — opens like a concertina, good for a sequence or timeline
  • Gate fold — both sides open to a wide centre panel, useful for a reveal

Design to the panels, not to a flat sheet. A layout that ignores where the folds land reads as a mistake once it is in someone’s hands.

Booklet Binding

Booklets come down to two binding methods, and page count usually makes the decision for you.

Saddle stitching folds the sheets and staples through the spine. It lies flat, it is economical, and it suits lower page counts. Because sheets are folded in half, the total page count has to be a multiple of four.

Perfect binding glues the pages into a square spine. It handles far more pages, and it gives you a printable spine. It reads as more substantial, which matters for anything presented as a company document.

Producing a product catalogue rather than a brochure? See catalog printing, which covers longer page counts and pricing in more detail.

Paper and Finish

Paper weight is what people feel before they read a word. Text weight suits inside pages. A heavier cover stock stops a booklet feeling flimsy.

Gloss lifts photography. Matte and silk are easier to read across long stretches of text, and they do not fight overhead lighting. For covers, a laminate adds durability on anything that will be handled repeatedly.

Same-Day Work

We can often print brochures on standard paper the same day. Orders need to be in before 1pm, and turnaround is typically three to five hours.

That is subject to the production schedule, so call and confirm rather than assuming. We would rather tell you honestly than miss your deadline.

Frequently Asked Questions

How many pages can a booklet have?

Saddle stitching needs a multiple of four and suits lower page counts. Perfect binding takes considerably more. Tell us your page count and we will point you to the right one.

What file should I send?

A print-ready PDF with bleed and outlined fonts is ideal. If you do not have one, our designers can build the layout or fix a file that was set up for screen.

Can I order a small quantity?

Yes. Digital printing has no setup cost, so short runs are practical. Larger runs move to press, where the unit price drops sharply.

Do you fold and finish in-house?

Yes. Printing, folding, stitching and binding all happen in our own facility, which is what keeps turnaround short.
