Same Day Postcards
When you need post cards the same day we can solve this for you. We can print on 100lb Cougar matte finish same day. All orders must be in before 1 pm but we can put out a fire for you when you absolutely need a card in 3 to 5 hours. The cougar paper is a nice thick paper (no thin and cheap) Printed full color 2 sides.
Regular Delivery on postcards is 2 to 5 day but gives you a few options

Postcard and Flyer Printing in Miami
Postcards and flyers still work because they are cheap, physical and immediate. Nobody has to open an app to receive one.
We print both in-house, from a hundred pieces to a full mailing run.
Postcard and Flyer Sizes
- 4 x 6 — the standard postcard. Cheapest to print and to mail.
- 5 x 7 — noticeably larger in a stack of mail
- 6 x 9 — hard to ignore, and still economical
- 6 x 11 and similar oversized formats for direct mail campaigns
- 8.5 x 11 flyers, plus half-page 5.5 x 8.5
Bigger costs more to print and to post. It also gets read more often. Test a size before committing to a large run.
Every Door Direct Mail
EDDM is the reason postcards still make sense for local businesses.
You choose postal routes rather than individual addresses, so you need no mailing list at all. That suits anyone whose customers are simply nearby: restaurants, dentists, salons, gyms, home services.
EDDM pieces have to exceed standard letter dimensions, so the size is not a free choice. We print to the compliant formats, and we will tell you which sizes qualify before you design anything.
Same-Day Postcards
We can often print postcards the same day on 100lb Cougar matte. That is a genuinely thick stock, not thin and flimsy, printed full colour on both sides.
Orders need to be in before 1pm, and turnaround is typically three to five hours. It depends on the production schedule, so call and confirm rather than assuming.
Standard turnaround on postcards is two to five days, which costs less and covers most jobs.
Designing Something People Keep
A postcard gets about two seconds in someone’s hand, over a recycling bin. Design for that.
Lead with one offer, not five. Make it specific and make it expire, because a deadline is what turns interest into action.
Put your address and phone where they are obvious. For a local business the address is often the strongest thing on the card, because proximity is the reason people choose you.

Do I need a mailing list for EDDM?
No, and that is the point. You select postal routes instead, which is what makes it practical for a business without a customer database.
What is the minimum quantity?
Short digital runs are practical. Larger runs drop the unit price considerably, so tell us your plan and we will suggest a sensible quantity.
Can you design the postcard?
Yes. Our designers work in-house, and you approve a proof before anything prints.
Matte or gloss?
Gloss makes photography pop. Matte is easier to read and can be written on, which matters if you want staff to add a note or a booking time.
