Commercial Vehicle Wraps in Miami
Say it Proud ... Say it LOUD
Why Miami Businesses Choose Graphink
- 3M and Avery factory-certified installers. Certified and trained across six premium film brands, not just one.
- $4 million liability coverage, plus workers compensation. In other words, it's the paperwork property managers and general contractors ask for before anyone touches a vehicle or a building.
- Five full-time installers on staff. Your deadline does not depend on one person being available.
- Climate-controlled installation bay. Vinyl applied to a hot panel in Miami sun lifts at the edges. We never apply it in a parking lot.
- Design, printing and installation in one building. We don't broker anything out, so there is one point of accountability.
- Established 1998. Twenty-eight years wrapping vehicles in Miami-Dade.
- Written warranty. We warrant adhesion and image quality for up to one year on 3M, Arlon, or Avery film. Terms on our disclaimer page.

What Fleet Managers Get
-
One Design, Every Vehicle
We build a single design system for your fleet, then fit it to each body style. A compact van and a 26-foot box truck end up looking like the same company, even though the proportions change. -
Artwork Kept on File
Your fleet artwork stays on file with us. When you buy a new truck next year, or a panel gets damaged, we match it to the rest of the fleet. There is no need to start over. -
Installs That Fit Your Schedule
We wrap two or three vehicles at a time, scheduled around your slow days. You are never short more vehicles than you planned for.
DOT Numbers and Required Markings
Many commercial trucks must carry legal markings, and they have to fit into the design from the start. Under federal FMCSA rules, a commercial motor vehicle in interstate commerce shows the company's legal name and its USDOT number on both sides. The markings must contrast with the background and be readable from 50 feet in daylight.
We plan these markings as part of the layout, not added afterwards over the top of the graphics. Tell us your USDOT number, any state or local numbers, and any fleet or unit numbers you use, and we will size and place them correctly on every vehicle.
This is a general summary, not legal advice. Your company is responsible for knowing which rules apply to your vehicles.
How a Fleet Project Runs
1. Photos and a Quote
Send photos of each vehicle type in your fleet. We quote from your actual vehicles, because ladder racks, roof gear and door handles all change what a design can do.
2. Design and Proof
We design the system once and show it on each body style. Nothing is printed until you approve the proof.
3. Staged Installation
Vehicles come in a few at a time and go into our climate-controlled bay in Doral. For larger fleets we build a rolling schedule over several weeks.
4. Ongoing Support
New vehicles, damaged panels and removal when you sell a truck are all handled from the same artwork files.

Every wrap starts with a design proof; our 3M- and Avery-certified team handles the installation next. Either way, whether it's a single company vehicle or a full delivery fleet, we manage design, printing, and installation in-house from start to finish.
Commercial Vehicle Wraps and Fleet Graphics
One wrapped van is advertising. A consistently branded fleet is infrastructure. In other words, when every vehicle carries the same design, the same colors and the same phone number, a customer who sees three of your trucks in a week does not think they saw three vans — they think you are everywhere.
Graphink has produced commercial vehicle wraps and fleet graphics in Miami since 1998. In fact, design, large format printing and installation all happen in our Doral facility.
Why Fleet Consistency Pays
In short, fleet branding does work that individual vehicle wraps cannot:
- Repetition — the same design seen repeatedly across a service area builds recognition far faster than one vehicle can
- Credibility — a matching fleet reads as an established company, which matters on commercial bids and in residential driveways alike
- Accountability — marked vehicles are identifiable, which tends to make people drive more carefully
- Recruiting — in trades where hiring is the bottleneck, looking like the best-run company in the market is not a small thing
Vehicles We Brand
Service vans, pickups, box trucks, flatbeds, dump trucks, trailers, sprinters and refrigerated units. Indeed, mixed fleets are the normal case, not the exception — most companies run several makes bought in different years, and the job is making one design system work across all of them so the proportions change but the brand does not.
Scheduling Around Your Operation
The objection we hear most is that vehicles cannot come off the road. Fair — a van in our bay is a van not producing revenue.
So we stage fleet work in batches. Two or three vehicles at a time, scheduled around your slow days, so you are never short more than you planned for. For larger fleets we build a rolling calendar over several weeks. Tell us how many vehicles you can release at once and we will work to it.
Designing for a Fleet
Fleet design has a different brief than a single vehicle. It has to scale from a compact van to a 26-foot box truck without falling apart, stay legible at highway speed rather than from ten feet away, and leave room for the DOT numbers, licence numbers and safety markings your vehicles must carry.
Overall, restraint wins. The fleets that work carry a name, one clear offer, and a phone number sized for a moving car — not a list of fifteen services nobody can read at 60 miles an hour.
Materials and Longevity
We print on 3M and Avery Dennison premium cast vinyl with laminate on every panel, and install in a climate-controlled bay. As a result, in Miami sun that combination is the difference between graphics that still look current in year five and graphics that go chalky in year two. We can replace individual panels after damage without redoing the whole vehicle, which keeps a fleet looking uniform as it ages.
Frequently Asked Questions
How many vehicles is a fleet?
Essentially, for our purposes, two or more. The design and scheduling advantages start as soon as there is a second vehicle to stay consistent with.
Can you match wraps to vehicles we already had done elsewhere?
Usually. Send photos and any artwork files you have. That said, exact color matching across different film brands and print runs has limits, and we will be straight with you about what is achievable before you commit.
What happens when we add a vehicle next year?
We keep your artwork on file and adapt it to the new vehicle. So adding one truck to an existing fleet design is quick work.
Do graphics come off when we sell a vehicle?
Yes, cleanly, and the paint underneath is typically in better condition than the surrounding panels. In fact, removal is a service we provide.
