Why Miami Exhibitors Use a Local Booth Builder
Graphink builds trade show displays in Miami from concept through installation. Design, printing and fabrication happen under one roof. That is what keeps timelines short.
Being local matters more than it sounds. A booth built here does not cross the country to reach the floor. Freight costs drop, and so does the risk of damage in transit.
It also means we can react. Artwork changes late. Dimensions get corrected. A sponsor is added the week of the show. A vendor three time zones away cannot absorb that. We can.
We also know the venues. Convention centers, expo halls and hotel ballrooms each set their own rules on height, rigging and move-in windows. Knowing them prevents the surprises that cost exhibitors money.
Our team handles delivery, setup and dismantle. Your staff works the show instead of the crate.

Trade Show
Graphink produces trade show displays in Miami for businesses of every size. The range runs from simple pop-up displays and banner stands through to fully custom-built booths.
Whatever the floor space, budget or brand requirement, there is a configuration that fits. These exhibits suit expos, conventions, corporate events and product launches.
Custom booths are built from the ground up. They can include dimensional structures, custom counters, shelving, integrated lighting, backlit graphics and branded walls.
Modular systems offer a different advantage. They scale up or down between shows, so one investment covers a 10×10 this spring and a larger stand next year.
We also produce specialty elements: island booths, inline booths, hanging signs, backlit towers and branded counters.
Production and installation are handled locally. That keeps quality consistent and schedules under control.
Trade Show Displays in Miami
Graphink designs, prints and builds trade show displays in Miami, and we do it under one roof. Booth graphics, banner stands, backlit panels and hanging signs are produced in-house, so a late artwork change on Tuesday is still on the floor by Friday.
Miami exhibitors work a demanding calendar: the Miami Beach Convention Center, Mana Wynwood, the Miami Airport Convention Center, and hotel ballrooms across Brickell and Downtown. Every venue has its own height limits, rigging rules and move-in windows. Being local means no cross-country freight bill on a booth that has to arrive intact, and no vendor three time zones away when something changes the night before.

Trade Show Booth Rental in Miami
Not every show justifies buying a booth. Rental makes sense when you exhibit once or twice a year, when you are testing a new market, or when the show is large enough that you need more presence than your owned display can give you.
Our rental booths are fully branded — the frame is rented, the graphics are yours. You get custom printed panels, counters, lighting and flooring in inline, corner or island layouts, and we handle delivery, setup and dismantle so your team can work the floor instead of the crate.
Buy or Rent?
The honest rule of thumb: if you exhibit three or more times a year, buying usually wins inside two years. Below that, rental is cheaper and you avoid storing a crate eleven months out of twelve. Graphics are consumable either way — messaging changes faster than hardware does, and reprinting panels onto an existing frame is the least expensive way to look new.
Artwork and Deadlines
Most booth problems are file problems. Large format needs proper resolution at scale, real bleed, and fonts converted to outlines. Send us what you have — if the logo is a low-resolution file pulled off a website, we will tell you before it is printed six feet wide, not after. Our designers can rebuild artwork to print standard when needed.
Show deadlines are immovable, so we work backwards from your move-in date rather than from when the order lands. Tell us the show and the date, and we will tell you the real last day for artwork.
Frequently Asked Questions
How far in advance should I order a trade show display?
Three to four weeks is comfortable for a custom booth. We regularly turn banner stands and step and repeat backdrops far faster than that, and rush work is often possible — call and ask rather than assuming it is too late.
Do you install at the venue?
Yes. We deliver, set up and dismantle at Miami-area venues. For shows outside the area we ship crated with setup instructions, and can quote on-site labor.
Can you reprint graphics for a booth I already own?
Usually, yes. Send photos and the frame make or dimensions. Most standard systems, including SEG frames, can be re-graphiced without replacing the hardware — the cheapest way to refresh a booth.
What size booth do I need?
Most first-time exhibitors take a 10x10. A 10x20 gives you room for a demo area or a meeting corner. Island booths start at 20x20 and change the design problem entirely, because they are seen from four sides.
