- #10 — the standard business envelope, fits a letter folded in three

Short Runs and Long Runs
We run digital and traditional presses side by side. That matters for cost.
Digital suits small quantities, because there is no setup. Press work wins on volume, where setup is spread across thousands of pieces. Tell us the quantity and we will quote whichever is cheaper.
Printing runs from one colour through full colour. For most business envelopes one or two colours is plenty, and it costs less.
Matching Letterheads
Even now, a letterhead still carries weight. Contracts, quotes and formal letters all look more serious on one.
The point of ordering both together is consistency. Same stock, same ink, same margins. A letter that matches its envelope looks deliberate, and that impression transfers to the business sending it.
Many clients add business cards and presentation folders in the same order for the same reason.

Can you print window envelopes?
Yes. Send us your invoice or statement layout and we will check the address block lines up with the window before anything prints.
What is the minimum order?
Small runs are practical on digital. Larger runs drop the unit price considerably, so if your details are stable it usually pays to order more.
Can you match my existing letterhead?
Usually. Send a printed sample or the artwork file. Exact colour matching across different presses and stocks has limits, and we will tell you honestly what is achievable.
Do you print unusual sizes?
Yes. Tell us the finished size and what goes inside it. We will confirm whether we already hold a die for it.
