This Privacy Policy explains how Graphink Printing & Promotions (“Graphink”, “we”, “us”) collects, uses and protects your information when you visit graphink.com, place an order, or contact us.
Information we collect
- Order and contact details: your name, company, email address, phone number, and billing and delivery address when you place an order, create an account or contact us.
- Your artwork and order details: the files you upload, the products and options you choose, and any notes you send us.
- Account information: if you create an account, your login details and order history. Your password is stored encrypted; we cannot see it.
- Payment information: card payments are processed securely by our payment processor, USA ePay. Your full card number is sent directly to them and is not stored on our website.
- How you use our website: pages visited, clicks, scrolling, device and browser type, approximate location (city), and how you found us. This is collected with cookies and similar tools described below.
How we use your information
- To process, print, deliver and support your orders, including sending order confirmations, proofs and pickup or shipping updates.
- To contact you about your order or answer your questions.
- To manage your account and let you view past orders and reorder.
- To keep our website secure and prevent fraud.
- To understand how visitors use our website so we can improve it, and to measure our advertising.
- To meet our legal, tax and accounting obligations.
We do not sell your personal information.
Who we share it with
We share information only with companies that help us run our business, and only what they need to do their job:
- Payment processing: USA ePay, to process card payments.
- Shipping: UPS, when you choose UPS shipping (your name, address and phone number).
- Order management: RepairShopr, the system we use to track and produce your order.
- Email: Microsoft 365, to send and receive email.
- Website hosting and security: GoDaddy (hosting) and Sucuri (website firewall).
- Analytics and advertising: Google Analytics, Google Ads and Microsoft Clarity (see below).
We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights, our customers or others.
Cookies, analytics and session recordings
Our website uses cookies, which are small files stored by your browser:
- Store cookies keep your cart, checkout and login working. The store cannot work without them.
- Google Analytics tells us how many people visit, which pages they view and how they found us. You can opt out with Google’s opt-out browser add-on.
- Google Ads measures whether our ads lead to visits or orders, and may be used to show you our ads on other websites. You can manage this in Google Ad Settings.
- Microsoft Clarity records how visitors move, click and scroll on our pages (session replays and heatmaps) so we can find and fix problems. Anything typed into forms, such as card numbers, passwords and addresses, is hidden and not recorded. See the Microsoft Privacy Statement.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. If you block store cookies, you will not be able to place an order online.
How long we keep it
We keep order records for as long as needed for our business, warranty and tax records. We keep uploaded artwork so we can handle reprints and reorders; you can ask us to delete your files at any time. If you have an account, we keep it until you ask us to close it.
How we protect it
Our website uses a secure (HTTPS) connection, a website firewall, and limits who on our team can access customer information. No method of storing or sending information online is 100% secure, but we work to protect your information and fix problems quickly.
Your choices
You can ask us to show you, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to close your account, by emailing sales@graphink.com or calling (305) 468-9463. We may need to keep some information to meet legal or accounting requirements. If you have an account, you can update your details at any time under My Account.
Children
Our website and store are meant for adults and businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top shows when it was last changed.
