Custom Printed Forms for Your Business
When it comes to running an efficient business, custom printed forms are an often-overlooked tool. If your business is in Miami, Graphink can handle your form printing needs in-house.
Custom forms do more than collect information — they reinforce your brand every time someone fills one out, and a well-designed form adds a level of professionalism that generic templates can’t match.
NCR and Carbonless Forms
Graphink specializes in NCR (carbonless) forms, including 2-part and 3-part sets, numbered forms, and booklet forms with snap-out pages — commonly used for invoices, receipts, work orders, and other multi-copy paperwork. With over 28 years in business and an in-house design team, we can create forms tailored to your specific business needs.

Forms We Print
Most businesses need a handful of these, and they rarely change once they are right:
- Invoices and receipts
- Work orders and job tickets
- Estimates and proposals
- Delivery and pickup tickets
- Service and inspection reports
- Purchase orders
Carbonless Sets
Most business forms are carbonless, so one pass of a pen produces every copy you need.
Two-part sets are the common choice. One copy for the customer, one for the office. Three-part adds a file copy, which trades and service businesses usually want.
Colour order matters more than people expect. White on top, then yellow, then pink is the convention, and sticking to it means your crews never have to think about which copy goes where. Full details are on our NCR and carbonless forms page.
Numbering, Binding and Format
Sequential numbering is what makes a form auditable. It also stops the argument about which ticket went missing.
Loose sets are cheapest. Booklets keep sets together and give you a stub to keep. Snap-out sets are easiest to separate in the field, which matters when someone is filling one in on a tailgate.
Designing a Form People Fill In Correctly
A form is a tool, not a leaflet. Good ones get completed properly the first time.
Leave enough room to write. Handwriting is bigger than type, and a cramped box guarantees illegible information.
Put your logo, phone number and terms where they are seen. The customer copy is a document they keep, so it does quiet marketing work for months.
Finally, order the fields the way the job actually happens. A form that follows the sequence of work gets filled in front to back without skipping.
Frequently Asked Questions
What is the minimum quantity?
Forms are economical in bulk because setup is a fixed cost. Tell us your usage and we will suggest a run size that is not wasteful.
Can you reprint a form we already use?
Yes. Send a clean sample or a scan. We can rebuild it exactly, or tidy it up while keeping the layout your staff already know.
Can forms be numbered from a specific starting point?
Yes. Tell us the number to continue from and we will carry on where your last batch stopped.
Do you print in more than one colour?
We print one colour through full colour. One or two colours is the usual choice for forms, because it is cheaper and reads perfectly well.
