Postcards & Flyers FAQ
1. What are the standard sizes for postcards and flyers?
Popular postcard sizes include 4×6, 5×7, and 6×9 inches. Standard flyer sizes are 8.5×11 inches (US letter) or A4 internationally. We also offer custom sizes.
2. What file format should I submit?
Please submit a high-resolution PDF with CMYK color mode, 300 DPI resolution, and bleed included. We recommend adding crop marks for accurate trimming.
3. What finish options are available?
We offer gloss and matte finishes. Gloss makes colors pop and adds vibrancy, while matte provides a premium non-reflective look ideal for upscale marketing materials.
4. Can I print on both sides?
Yes. Double-sided printing is available for both postcards and flyers. This lets you use the front for imagery and the back for contact details, offers, or a call to action.
5. What is the minimum order quantity?
Minimum quantities typically start at 100 pieces, with bulk pricing available for orders of 500, 1,000, 5,000, and beyond.
6. What is the typical turnaround time?
Design takes 1-2 business days after content is approved, printing takes approximately 7-10 business days, with 1 additional day for preparation before mailing or pickup.
7. Do you offer mailing services?
Yes. We offer direct mail services including USPS EDDM (Every Door Direct Mail), which allows you to target entire neighborhoods without needing a mailing list.
8. How can I track the response rate from my postcards?
You can track responses using QR codes, unique promo codes, dedicated phone numbers, or custom landing page URLs printed on your postcard or flyer.
9. What paper stock do you recommend?
For postcards, we recommend a heavy coated card stock (14pt or 16pt) for a premium feel. For flyers, 100lb gloss or matte text is a popular choice for marketing use.
10. Can I order a proof before the full print run?
Yes. A digital proof is provided before printing begins. Physical proof prints are also available upon request for larger orders.
